Visit from Omeath Tidy Towns

We were delighted to welcome representatives from Omeath Tidy Towns to Dromiskin. The rain stayed away and we toured the village taking in Ginnety’s Pond, Siul na Manach, the Heritage Park, the village green, Viking Boat, Credit Union Garden and the Round Tower and Monastic site. Ideas were shared and projects discussed and we look forward to a return visit to the beautiful village of Omeath where extensive work is underway at present including the greenway extension and the construction of the Narrow Water bridge.
