A large crowd of Tidy Town volunteers from Dromiskin and Castlebellingham as well as local

residents carried out a very successful beach clean on the morning of Saturday 19 September

2026. With over 30 participants on the day a forensic tidy up was carried out as can be seen

with the full bin gratefully provided by Louth County Council.

Many thanks to all who participated and a follow-up cup of tea/coffee in Smyth’s Farm was the

icing on the cake!!
