Visit from Ard Cath Tidy Towns

On Saturday 24 January 2026 we were delighted to welcome visitors from Ardcath Tidy Towns to Dromiskin. Despite the inclement weather, we had a most pleasant exchange of ideas with discussions on best practice and various projects carried out in both communities.

After some refreshments in the local school, kindly made available by Principal, Ms. Aoibheann Lynch, we set off on a quick tour of the village. This took in Ginnety’s Pond nature park, Súil na Manach, the Heritage Park and finished up with a visit to the graveyard.
