Dromiskin Tidy Towns was delighted to welcome the North East Vintage Car Club to the village on 22 March 2026. There was an amazing array of all sorts of cars ranging from the 1930’s up to more modern times. The rain held off as the large group were told of the history of the church site before exploring Ginnety’s Pond Nature Park, walking the Siul na Manach Greenway and then stopping at the Heritage Park. Here they heard of Nicholas Callan’s great invention of the induction coil and indeed as a co-incidence some of Fr. Callan’s relatives were part of the group.
